Personal and Business Support of guests arriving to Ukraine

Ukraine. May, 2022. Everything is super hectic. Most businesses hadn't got fully back to work yet. Harvey's cousin was taken to war. They asked for help with the body armour and list of things necessary at the front line. The only catch was that he went to the frontline next day. So basically we had less than 24 hours to find everything. And not only to find, but to deliver it to the small town in the central part of Ukraine.

We were able to find the suppliers of the necessary equipment. Some of them opened their warehouses specially for us. And although we didn't deliver it to the above mentioned town, we were able to deliver it to the military unit the guy went to.

Jane owned some commercial estate in Kyiv. She decided to sell it and asked for help. Her estate broker had not much luck in finding good solutions this she required some assistance. We were able not only to find good amount of clients during a short time, but also get a top of the market offer.

Sunil was traveling for a business meeting in US from Spain with a layover in UK and Canada. He took his morning flight to UK. But missed the next flight leg. It was a pretty important business trip, because he even decided to miss his younger son's birthday for that. We tried to find a suitable flight to catch up the next one in Canada, but had no luck. And then my client decided to get back home to Spain to his children as sometimes it's just not meant to be. So we were fortunate to book the last ticket in the evening for him to come back home right on time to give a birthday hug to his little one and wish him a good night.

Jeremy lived in Ukraine before the full scale war started. He was a well known professional in career advising and due to the high level clients he worked with, he was obliged not to stay in the territories with active armored conflicts. Thus, back in November 2021, when US embassy started sending notices to their nationals, Jeremy's investors insisted that he left Ukraine. He really enjoyed living here and agreed with them that he'll provide them with an emergency plan for leaving the country in case of martial law. We provided him not only with one, but five options and routes to leave the country.

As a result, not only he was able to leave Kyiv when the full scale invasion began, but also he was able to take eight people (women and kids) with him.
